About TSL Fitness & Nutrition

At TSL Fitness & Nutrition, we pride ourselves on our specialized skill set and extensive experience. Our trainer, a certified fitness professional, has been serving clients since 2015. In addition to our regular roster of clients, we are one of the few fitness centers that can work with first responders and military personnel. We understand the unique physical demands of these roles and tailor our programs to suit them.

From high-intensity fitness classes for those looking for a challenge to small-group training for those who prefer a more collaborative environment, we’ve got it all. We also offer one-on-one training for those who require a more personalized approach.

3 Main Pillars of Training

We have 3 main pillars of training — tactical, strength, and lifestyle.

Tactical

Tactical strength and conditioning are for the local hero who puts the community before themselves. The firefighters, policeman, and even the military personnel who are willing to put the demands of the job first. With job-specific training, we create our tactical programs to meet the needs of any rigorous situation, from high heat to long rucks.

Strength

The Strength program is for the athlete who is looking to make a jump in their game. We have progressive and comprehensive strength and conditioning programs designed to create a stronger, faster, and healthier athlete.

Lifestyle

Our lifestyle training is based on making habitual changes to our daily lives. Making the small changes and laying the groundwork that will help us create the healthy life that we want, whether that looks like losing weight, gaining muscle, or everything in between.
